Have you never or just barely experienced ski touring before, or just feel like taking an easy trip with easy access from Sisimiut? Then this tour is perfect for you.
We will head towards the area of Palasip Qaqqaa, a 544 meters tall mountain overlooking Sisimiut, the fjord and the pyramidal peak of Nasaasaq. From the departure spot, we will have different options – to ski up and aiming towards the summit, or to stay in the valley, cross the lake and reach one of the other summits around.
Your safety is our priority – our guide will perform an avalanche check and keep an eye on the weather conditions.

Embark on a thrilling guided ski tour to Nasaasaaq peak, standing at 750 meters above the sea level, near Sisimiut. Starting from the dog town, we will ascend gradually, reaching a plateau at 500 meters for a panoramic view of the city and Amerloq fjord.
If the snow conditions are good, we will continue to the summit, where a well deserved coffee and snack break awaits. It is also the perfect spot to enjoy the fantastic 360 degree panorama. After the break we will start the thrilling descent towards Sisimiut.
Experienced: Full-Day Skiing Tour

Join our most active backcountry experience, with a full day in the outdoors, exploring the first and second fjord north of Sisimiut.
First, we will drive in the backcountry on snowmobiles for about 1 hour to find the perfect spot. From there, we can choose to go on a long tour or decide to explore different mountains by taking several smaller trips up and down. We will get incredible views on the frozen fjord and the endless mountain.
