Seafood Salad with rye bread and butter
Main course, choose from options:
1. Umimmak burger: 200g Moskus patty, with red onions, ravigote mayo, home pickled cucumbers, tomato, bacon and aged cheddar cheese
2. Fish & Chips: Local fish, tatar sauce, grilled lemon, herbs
3. Vegetarian: Falafel burger: Falafels with homemade yoghurt dressing, fresh tomatoes and salad
Dessert
Dessert of the day with ice cream -
Dinner: Taste of Greenland Menu 2 550 kr.
First course
Bites of Greenland - one cold and one hot dish made with local specialties, served with salad, dressing bread and butter
Main course, choose from options:
1. Raindeer filet: 250g reindeer filet with french fries with sauce bearnaise and fresh salad
2. Whole fried redfish: served with baked potato, butter sauce and crispy salad
