There is a great opportunity to enjoy and experience a good gourmet restaurant in Aasiaat at SØMA. During our visit we were treated with delicacies such as fried scallops and lamb from Narsaq. In addition, we enjoyed an exquisite dessert delivered with fantastic service. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu over the summer.

Head Chef Jakob returns for the summer

The chef behind the success of Restaurant SØMA Nuuk is back.
Together with his fiancée Adela, Jacob Kjeldsen will lead this summer’s gourmet restaurant in Aasiaat — bringing his passion for Nordic cuisine, local ingredients, and unforgettable dining experiences to the heart of Disko Bay.
