Embark on an exciting journey with an expert wildlife finder, and look for seals, whales and birds in Amerloq fjord, nearby Sisimiut. You will set sail wearing a life jacket and enjoying the fantastic views over the water,vthe shore and Mount Nasaasaaq behind Sisimiut while trying to spot signs of marine life. The sea is home to many different kind of whales and seeing one is an experience for life.
We work with a variety of local sailors who have many years of experience sailing in Greenland. You can request in advance to sail in either an open boat or a semi-closed boat with a small heated cabin, depending on your preferences and the availability of our partners. If no preference is requested, we will book a boat type at random.
Your safety is our priority – when sailing with us, you are ensured that all the safety gear is available onboard : life jacket, VHF radio, throwable flotation devices, visual distress devices , etc…
