We are looking for a proactive and engaged Deputy Manager who can combine operations, hospitality, coordination, and business development in a role filled with variety, responsibility, and meaningful interactions.

As a key member of the team, you will have significant influence on guest experiences, events, marketing activities, and the development of new products and experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Daily management of reception and guest services
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing conferences and events
  • Taking responsibility for our company values
  • Developing activities and guest experiences
  • Supporting marketing and social media initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Managing relationships with guests, partners, and suppliers
  • Handling bookings, quotations, and customer follow-up
  • Coordinating operational activities across departments
  • Supporting quality assurance, hospitality standards, and business development

About You

We imagine that you:

  • Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
  • Have experience within hospitality, hotels, tourism, events, or the service industry – Relevant education is an advantage
  • Are highly organized and able to maintain a clear overview
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Are service-minded and solution-oriented
  • Have an interest in marketing and sales
  • Can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational tasks
  • Speak Danish and English; Greenlandic is an advantage
  • Can see yourself as a contributor to our values and Christian foundation
