Meet Chef Jakup:

Creative mind behind our menu

Chef Jakup is daily working as the head chef of Hotel SØMA, based in Sisimiut.

Educated chef from Hotel Vejlefjord in Denmark with 16 years experience in a kitchen which includes roles as chef, sous-chef and headchef in respectively Denmark and Faroe Islands which is also where Jakup is born.

Jakup is a man with his heart in the nature which is why Greenland was the next destination.
