Your mission
As Head Chef, you will lead the culinary vision of our restaurant, café, and events while helping us establish a reference point for casual fine dining in Greenland.
You will have true creative ownership of the kitchen:
- Design and develop menus built on seasonal, local ingredients with French influences
- Create dining experiences that guests talk about after they leave
- Shape the concept and identity of our restaurant and events
- Lead and inspire a skilled, supportive team of kitchen aides and staff
- Maintain high standards for conferences, brunch, and seasonal events
Most importantly: focus on cooking and leadership — not paperwork.
We actively minimize administrative, purchasing, and inventory burdens, so you can spend your time where it matters most: creativity, quality, customer satisfaction and team development.
